Introduction to OKRs
OKR stands for Objectives and Key Results. It is a goal setting methodology to set ambitious goals and track progress. It helps ensure that the company focuses effort on what truly matters.
Objectives are ambitious
Key results are specific, measurable. There should be 3 to 5 key results per Objective.
OKRs are public so that everyone can see what others are working on
OKRs are not a todo list
OKRs are not synonymous with employee evaluations.
