Only admin or workspace owner can set an objective to be the top company objective
By default, only the owner of the private objective can edit and see that objective. If you are the owner and you want someone else can see that private objective too, you can follow the below steps:
Go to the edit page of an objective
Click on the Objective title
Click on who can see this objective? select box
Choose the people or teams who you want to be able to see this private objective.
Click on Save
Who can edit an objective
By default, you and your direct manager can edit your objective. It also meant that you can edit your team members' objectives too.
You can also edit an objective assigned to a team that you directly belong to. You can't edit an objective assigned to a team that is a parent of the team you belong to.
If you or the team you directly belong to is added with Edit permission of an objective, then you can edit that objective too.
How to add editor permission
From the edit page of an objective, click on an objective
Add people or team who you want to be able to edit your objective in Who can edit this OKR select box
Click on Submit
