A check-in is a regular (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly) status report to share what you have achieved in the past week, what you will be doing in the coming week and what challenges you have had. It is shared with your manager by default but it could be shared with everyone if Admin enables it in the company setting page. It depends on your company policy. Public weekly check-ins improve transparency across teams and departments.
