Participate in a review cycle as an admin
Phase 1: Selection period
During the selection period, admin monitors the progress and remind those who haven't completed the nomination when needed. Admin can also request a feedback on behalf of a reviewee
Phase 2: Collection period
During collection period, admin monitors the progress and can remind those who haven't completed the review.
Phase 3: Receiving results
During this last phase, admin can monitor whether the feedbacks have been shared and received by manager and their direct reports. Admin can also help to facilitate a 1:1s conversation between managers and direct reports to discuss the feedbacks.
If a calibration process is enabled, admin can download the scores in CSV format, calibrate scores offline and upload it back to the system so that employee can see the result
