The feature is only available if your admin's configured Jira credentials as described here.
Jira integration helps to synchronize the status of a set of tickets with your Key Result so that when the status is moved to resolved, it will also reflect in Anama and you don't have to update it manually.
You can synchronize with a fixed list of tickets (explicitly declare the list of tickets) or a dynamic set of tickets using JQL.
Integrate with JIRA
Step 1: Click on Jira icon from the detail page of your okr.
You have to select a key result in order to see it. If the icon is not there, contact your admin to enable it
Step 2: Enter a JQL query to fetch for the list of tickets to synchronize

Step 3: Click on Save once done
Update the status of ticket manually
The system will update the tickets' status every hour, but you can also manually update it by following the below steps:
Go to your okr detail page
Click on the sync button as below
