Participate in a review cycle as an employee
Phase 1: Selection period
Once notified, employee should nominate reviewers to provide them feedbacks. They can't remove reviewers selected by admin or manager. If an upward feedback or downward feedback is enabled, they can't remove their managers or their direct reports respectively.
Phase 2: Collection period
Once the collection period begins, employees will receive notification and start writing self evaluation, feedbacks for others. The reviews will be automatically saved as a draft and only submitted if employees click on Submit button. Once it's submitted, it can't be modified.
Phase 3: Receiving results
Once the cycle is ended, and manager writes a summary and shares the feedbacks, employees can view the feedbacks and review as below:
